Job summary

Rockfish is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our team at a Rockfish restaurant in the UK. You will work with the General Manager to coach and develop staff, lead by example, and ensure our care, community and connection values are lived daily.

The role includes supervising alcohol service, earning a competitive hourly rate with tips and rewards, and benefiting from ongoing training and career growth within a culture-led, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way.
• Coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values, ‘Care, Community and Connection’.
• You will be supported by a structured training plan, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career with us.
• Will be required to supervise the serving of alcohol.
