Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer with coastal/maritime FCERM project delivery experience.
• Experience delivering coastal defences, harbour works, waterfront developments and flood risk schemes.
• Proven technical, engineering and project delivery track record.
• Established experience with clients such as Environment Agency, local authorities or infrastructure owners.
• Sound understanding of technical, commercial and stakeholder challenges in coastal/flood risk infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-discipline and multi-office teams in coastal, maritime and FCERM projects.
• Provide technical leadership and governance, mentoring and career development for team members.
• Oversee engineering and project resources, programme performance, design integration and risk management.
• Utilise collaborative digital delivery and BIM approaches where appropriate.
• Champion safety and compliance with quality management systems.
• Support strategic pursuits and growth, building trusted client relationships at all levels.
