Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer status or equivalent.
• Significant FCERM/coastal project delivery experience.
• Experience with Environment Agency, local authorities, or infrastructure owners.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management.
• Financial control, milestones, risk mitigation and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead inter-discipline and multi-office teams in coastal, maritime and flood and coastal erosion risk management (FCERM) projects.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, mentoring and career development support to foster the continued growth of team members.
• Oversee engineering and project resources, programme performance, design integration, construction interfaces and risk management.
• Utilise collaborative digital delivery and BIM approaches where appropriate.
• Champion the integration of safety into all design and engineering activities, promoting compliance with, and continuous improvement of, business and quality management systems.
• Support the strategic positioning of key pursuits and business opportunities to drive sustainable growth and long-term success of the business.
• Recognised as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert building partnership based client relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
