Job summary

Perle Oban Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel on Scotland's west coast, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will report to the General Manager and directly manage the hotel’s leadership team, ensuring high standards across all departments while pursuing growth, efficiency and cost control. This role offers career progression within a growing hotel group and a coastal lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a hotel leadership role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple departments and teams.
