Job summary

Avon is seeking a proactive business development professional to identify and engage co-manufacturing clients, managing a robust pipeline to drive revenue growth. You will onboard new clients, coordinating across Marketing, R&D, Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure smooth production ramp-up.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent relationship skills, and experience in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales or commercial roles within manufacturing, FMCG, cosmetics or related industries.
• Successful track record in acquiring new clients and managing pipelines from prospecting to contract signature.
• Experience leading customer onboarding projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills; commercially minded with growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage potential co-manufacturing clients aligned with Avon’s strategy.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline to support business growth and revenue targets.
• Onboard new clients from contract signature through to production ramp-up and stabilization.
• Coordinate onboarding across Marketing, R&D, Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Support negotiation and execution of commercial agreements with the Business Development Lead.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights on pipeline, conversion and capacity.
