Job summary

Avon is seeking an Innovation Specialist to shape the future product portfolio by turning consumer insights into commercially successful concepts. You will work with the Global Marketing Team and suppliers to bring products from concept to launch, driving innovation with strong commercial awareness.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Product Development, Procurement, Brand, Planning, and Supply Chain to deliver innovative ranges that excite customers and perform in international markets.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Buying, Marketing, Fashion, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in Buying, Product Development, NPD, Category Management, or a related field.
• Experience in consumer products, preferably beauty, fashion, home, or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Shaping Avon’s future product portfolio by identifying trends and turning insights into concepts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global suppliers to move concepts to launch.
• Managing end-to-end New Product Development processes to deliver on time and to plan.
• Analyzing market data and sales with insights to propose product ranges.
