Job summary

Avon, a global beauty company with 135 years of heritage, is seeking a Global Affiliate Lead to own and scale Avon's international affiliate and creator programme. You will drive growth, recruit a diverse creator network, and partner with platforms to accelerate revenue across markets.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Digital Commerce, Paid Media, Brand, CRM, Social, and local markets to deliver measurable business impact and strengthen creator engagement on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate, or partnerships.
• Proven track record recruiting, activating and retaining creator and influencer networks.
• Experience running or scaling an affiliate programme end to end (Awin, Rakuten, Impact, CJ or similar).
• Commercial fluency: revenue, CAC, CLTV, ROI, and commission economics.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and performance of Avon’s affiliate programme.
• Expand programme into new international markets and onboarding platforms.
• Recruit and grow a diverse network of creators, micro- and nano-influencers, and affiliates.
• Develop creator toolkits, assets, engagement programmes and community initiatives.
• Build partnerships with creator platforms, networks or marketplaces supporting international growth.
• Optimize KPIs: revenue, traffic, CAC, CLTV, ROI and profitability.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, CRM, Social and local markets for alignment.
