Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd in Weymouth is seeking an experienced CNC Turner / Programmer, Setter & Operator to take jobs from drawing to finished components.

Essential duties include programming, setting and operating CNC lathes, reading engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances. Fanuc or Mazatrol experience is essential; C+Y axis and driven tooling are advantageous. The role offers flexitime, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, on-site parking and a strong overtime structure.

Qualifications

• Fanuc or Mazatrol experience essential.
• Able to programme, set and operate independently.
• Strong CNC turning experience and reading drawings to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate CNC turning jobs from drawing to finished component.
• Read engineering drawings and maintain tight tolerances.
• Possibly run multiple machines and maximise productivity.
