Job summary

Syntech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator to join a Send, Woking based precision engineering manufacturer.

The role involves setting and operating Mazak and Fanuc lathes, machining aluminium, stainless steel and brass to tight tolerances, and interpreting engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Turner / CNC Lathe Setter Operator.
• Strong CNC setting and operating experience.
• Experience with Mazak and/or Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience machining aluminium, stainless steel and/or brass.
• Good understanding of tooling selection, offsets and tool life management.
• Experience with Mazatrol programming, twin-spindle/twin-turret machinery, NPI or CNC programme editing would be highly advantageous.

• Manufacturing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances.

CNC Turner Setter Operator

Location: Based near Woking

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, 40 hours per week with flexi start and finish times

Syntech Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator to join a leading precision engineering manufacturer based in Send, Woking.
