Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified in mechanical/ manufacturing technology or equivalent.
• Strong background in CNC machining and programming.
• Experience with CAM software and multi-axis machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex machining operations on CNC mills (3,4,5 axis).
• Mentor and develop team members across shifts.
• Write/edit CNC programs to meet production targets and quality specs.
• Read technical drawings and verify finished parts with precision instruments.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to improve processes.
• Ensure safe working environment and daily performance against plan.
