Job summary

We are recruiting for an established fastener manufacturing business to strengthen its production team with an experienced CNC Setter / Operator. The role covers setting and operating a range of CNC, sliding-head, thread rolling and conventional machines, with a strong emphasis on cross-skilling and learning new equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fastener manufacturing, turned parts or precision engineering, and be comfortable setting and operating multiple production

Qualifications

• Experience in fastener manufacturing, turned parts or precision engineering.
• Able to set and operate production machinery across multiple processes.
• Willingness to learn new machinery and processes.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC/production machinery within a fastener environment.
• Adapt across different machines and tooling as required by production needs.
• Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals and reliability on the shop floor.
