Involve Recruitment is assisting an established fastener manufacturer in recruiting a skilled CNC Setter/Operator for their production team in the United Kingdom. The role involves setting and operating a range of CNC and sliding-head machines, with an emphasis on precision engineering and reliability.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fastener manufacturing or turned parts, and be comfortable crossing between different machines.

Qualifications

• Experience in fastener manufacturing, turned-parts or precision engineering.
• Able to set and operate production machinery across different machine types.
• Willingness to learn new machinery and processes.
