Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is recruiting a CNC Operator for the weekend night shift (Friday to Sunday) to support our precision engineering production across aerospace, space, medical, automotive and construction sectors.

You will operate and monitor CNC machines, set up tooling and fixtures, read engineering drawings, perform quality checks and adhere to safety standards. Permanent, 34.5 hours per week, with pension, enhanced holiday and sickness benefits, and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team.
• Multi-axis, milling or aerospace experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to support production requirements.
• Set up tooling, fixtures and materials as needed.
• Work from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Complete quality checks and maintain agreed production standards.
• Follow health & safety requirements and housekeeping procedures.
