Stafforce Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Operator for weekend night shifts (Friday to Sunday) on the site in Pickering. You will operate and monitor CNC machines, set up tooling and fixtures, and work from engineering drawings to meet production targets across aerospace, medical, automotive and construction sectors.

The role emphasizes quality and safety, with a weekend shift premium and a structured training programme. Onsite parking is available and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Previous CNC machining experience.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and a team player.
• Multi-axis/milling experience is desirable.

CNC Operator – Weekend Nights (Friday to Sunday)

Our client, a precision engineering manufacturer supplying components to the aerospace, space, medical, automotive and construction sectors, is recruiting an experienced CNC Operator for their weekend night shift team.

The role

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to support production requirements
• Set up tooling, fixtures and materials as needed
• Work from engineering drawings and specifications
• Complete quality checks and maintain agreed production standards
• Follow health & safety requirements and housekeeping procedures

About you

• Previous CNC machining experience
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team
• Multi-axis, milling or aerospace experience is beneficial
