Castle Employment Group in Kirkbymoorside is seeking 4 experienced CNC Milling Operators for weekend night shifts. You will operate CNC milling centres, read drawings, prepare tooling and programs, and monitor machines. Training on day shifts provided before moving to weekend nights.

Permanent role with 34.5 hours per week, 4 nights off, pension, parking and progression opportunities. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for reliable CNC operators in a growing precision engineering business.

CNC Milling Operators - Weekend Night Shift Location: Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £43,989 per annum including night shift allowance

Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6pm - 6am

Contract: Permanent, 34.5 hours per week

Castle Employment Group are recruiting for 4 experienced CNC Milling Operators to join a well-established and growing precision engineering business based in Kirkbymoorside.

This is a fantastic opportunity for CNC Operators looking for a permanent position offering excellent earning potential, a consistent weekend shift pattern and long-term job security.

The business operates within specialist manufacturing sectors including aerospace, medical and automotive, with continued investment in modern machinery, equipment and its people.

• £20.78 per hour whilst completing initial training on day shifts

Working Hours

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
• 6:00pm - 6:00am
• 34.5 paid hours per week
• 2 x 15-minute paid breaks
• 1 x 30-minute unpaid break
• Initial training completed on day shifts before moving onto the weekend night shift

The Role
