Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions in the UK is seeking a talented CNC Operative to join our in-house machine shop on rotating shifts at Aflex, Bradley Business Park. You will set up and operate CNC machines, inspect work, and contribute to world-class manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment or industry.
• Ability to use engineering measuring equipment accurately.
• Hands-on machine experience in a shop setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Clear and effective communication within a team.
• Experience working with stainless steel and exotic materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines in the in-house shop.
• Set up and operate single spindle CNC machines.
• Inspect colleague's and own work for quality.
• Edit Fanuc controlled programs.
• Work effectively in a team to achieve world-class manufacturing.
• Ensure smooth transition between shifts.
• Strive for improvements within the cell.
• Follow health and safety instructions.
