Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Production Operative (Extrusion 2-10) to join our team at Aflex - UK. The role is on-site, offering a competitive hourly rate with a 20% shift allowance.

You will work in a manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have numeracy and basic computer skills, a manufacturing mindset, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Good level of numeracy and general education.
• Basic knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability Policies and report hazards to the Team Leader or Production Manager.
• Produce quality products in required quantity, on time and at the lowest cost per policy.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude to training and personal development.
• Monitor process performance to maximize output at all times.
• Carry out quality control checks and complete production paperwork.
