Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Production Operative (Extrusion Nights) at Aflex - UK - Bradley Business Park. The role is on-site with an hourly rate of £13.45 plus 25% shift allowance, supporting a safe and efficient production environment.

You will follow environmental, health, safety and sustainability policies, work to required production quantities, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and costs while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and general education at a good level.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to EH&S policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Ensure quality products produced to required quantity and on time.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain documentation.
• Maintain machines and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Work as part of a team to meet targets and deadlines.
