CNC Miller Setter/Programmer (Mazak)
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Programmer who is looking to take their skills to the next level, with some seriously tight tolerance detailed work where the focus is quality over quantity.
You will be setting & operating a few different CNC milling machines (not all at once) ranging from standard 3 axis & 5 axis machines and even the opportunity to learn how to set a 10 axis milling machine….
Depending on the job you might be required to write programmes on the machine from drawings, but you will mainly be working from SOP's
You must have experience as a CNC miller setter/operator, be able to read engineering drawings and self-inspecting your own work.
You need to have experience working to tight tolerances (micron or even sub-micron)
Writing programmes with Mazak controls is essential for this one.
Days - Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 13:30 & Friday 13:00 finish
Afternoon - Monday to Thursday 13:30 - 21:00 & Friday 20:00 finish
