Job summary

Major Bradford Industrial in Halifax is seeking a skilled CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator to join our precision engineering team. You will program, set and operate 3-4 axis CNC mills, working with Heidenhain controls on high-spec components.

We produce one-off and small-batch parts in Inconel and stainless steel, maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards. A strong background in CNC milling and the ability to programme at the machine are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator.
• Strong Heidenhain experience and ability to programme at the machine.
• Confident reading engineering drawings and understanding tight tolerances.

Days - 38 Hours Per Week

Mon-Thurs 7:00am-3:30pm | Fri 7:00am-1:00pm

The Role

• Programming, setting & operating 3 & 4 Axis CNC Mills
• Working with Heidenhain controls
• Machining precision components from specialist materials including Inconel & stainless steel producing one-off & small batch work
• Working to tight tolerances & high-quality standards
