Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited in Coventry is seeking an experienced CNC Miller setter/operator to join its production team. You will set and operate CNC milling machines, producing components to technical drawings and route cards.

The role involves tool changes, first-off inspections, and maintaining quality standards on Haas, Puma and Mazak machines. It is a hands-on role within a quality-focused manufacturing environment. A manufacturing background and good communication skills are essential.

About the role

An established engineering and manufacturing business is looking to strengthen its production team with experienced CNC Miller setter/operators. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident setting and operating CNC milling machinery and enjoys working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. The role will involve working with machines including Haas, Puma, and Mazak, with responsibilities including:
