Job summary

Streamline Search Ltd represents our client seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist in Havant. The role focuses on precision milling of components, requiring careful measurement and adherence to tight tolerances. You will program, set up, and operate CNC mills, with opportunities to work with manual mills when needed.

Our client is a specialist engineering and manufacturing business supplying precision components to various industries.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Milling Machinist. The successful candidate will focus on milling precision components, using greatest care and professional knowhow.

Package

• £18.50-£20.50 per hour (dependent on experience)


• 5x for overtime


• 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure

CNC Machinist – Responsibilities

• 5+ years' experience operating CNC mills (Hurco experience advantageous)


• Proficiency in manual milling


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings


• Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills


• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently


• Experience with CNC or manual lathes is advantageous
