ASC Connections is recruiting a skilled CNC Miller to join a busy, well-established manufacturing business in Redditch. The role suits a hands-on machinist who can read engineering drawings and work to precise tolerances.

You will operate CNC milling machines, select tooling, monitor performance and maintain quality records in a clean, safety-conscious environment. Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, with opportunities to develop expertise within a professional precision engineering

• Identify and resolve machining issues to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
