Recruitment Helpline Ltd is searching for an experienced CNC Machinist/Miller to join a well-established Hull-based client. The role offers a full-time permanent contract with a four-day week option and Fridays off.

Typical overtime can bring annual earnings to £50,000+, with pay up to £20 per hour depending on experience. Modern machinery and a supportive development environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience machining metal using CNC milling machines.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with FANUC controls preferred.
• Training available for Hurco, Siemens or Heidenhain experience.
• Engineering apprenticeship beneficial; second- and third-year apprentices considered.

Responsabilités

• Set and operate CNC milling machines.
• Prove out programs for first-time production.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Adjust CNC programs when required.
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist / Miller to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent.

Salary: Up To £20 Per Hour, Depending on Experience.

Location: Hull HU7.

Schedule: 40 hours over four days, with Fridays off. A standard Monday - Friday week is also available; please enquire for details.

Overtime: Available weekly, with realistic annual earnings of £50,000+

About The Role:

• Set and operate CNC milling machines
• Prove out programs for first-time production
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Adjust CNC programs when required
• Communicate effectively and work as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:

• You have experience machining metal using CNC milling machines
• You understand CNC programs and engineering drawings
• Experience with FANUC controls is preferred
• Training is available for candidates with Hurco, Siemens or Heidenhain experience
• An engineering apprenticeship is beneficial; second- and third-year apprentices will also be considered
