Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is helping a leading precision engineering firm in Coventry recruit an experienced CNC Miller, Setter & Programmer. You will program, set and operate HAAS machinery and contribute to production of small batches to tight tolerances.

The role includes offline programming with ONECNC and joining a busy milling team that values precision, attention to detail and reliability. This full-time permanent position offers training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as CNC Miller, Setter and Programmer.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate HAAS machinery.
• Offline programming with ONECNC.
• Produce small, complex batches to tight tolerances.
• Join the busy Milling section and support the team.

Job role: CNC Miller, Setter & Programmer
Salary: £32,000-£37,000
Location: Coventry, Warwickshire
Hours: 06.45 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday, 06.45 to 11.45 on a Friday
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:

• You will program, set and operate predominantly HAAS machinery.
• Offline programming will be part of this position (ONECNC)
• You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.
• You will join the busy Milling section and be extremely important to the running of the team

The Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as CNC Miller, Setter and Programmer (essential)
• Programming experience (advantageous)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances
• Self-motivated
