Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC partners with a leading precision engineering firm in Warwickshire to recruit an experienced CNC Miller, Setter & Programmer. You will program, set and operate HAAS machines, with offline work in ONECNC, delivering small, high-precision batches to exacting tolerances.

The role offers 34 days holiday, pension, training and on-site parking, with a clear progression path within a busy milling team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as CNC Miller/Setter/Programmer.
• Programming experience beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate predominantly HAAS machinery.
• Offline programming using ONECNC.
• Produce small, complex batches to quality standards and tight tolerances.
• Join the Milling section and contribute to the team’s running.

Job role: CNC Miller, Setter & Programmer

Salary: £32,000-£37,000

Location: Coventry, Warwickshire

Hours: 06.45 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday, 06.45 to 11.45 on a Friday

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:

You will program, set and operate predominantly HAAS machinery.

Offline programming will be part of this position (ONECNC)

You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.

You will join the busy Milling section and be extremely important to the running of the team

The Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as CNC Miller, Setter and Programmer (essential)
• Programming experience (advantageous)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances
• Self-motivated
