CNC Machinist

£43,000 - £47,000| Early Finish Fridays | PermanentA well-established manufacturer of specialist electronic components is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join their close-knit production team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable business with a friendly working environment, where you'll play a key role in producing precision metal enclosures and components used within highly engineered products.

The Role

• Set up and operate CNC machining centres
• Manufacture precision metal boxes and components to specification
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and be open to learning new processes and techniques
• Work closely with a small, experienced production team

The business currently operates 3-axis CNC machinery, with plans to further develop capabilities in the future, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys embracing new technology and ways of working.
