Are you an experienced CNC Grinder looking for a long‑term opportunity with immediate interviews and starts? Join a leading hydraulics manufacturer in Havant and bring your precision engineering skills to a high‑performing team.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled CNC Grinder with solid experience using Fanuc controls. You'll be producing high‑quality, precision components and working across double day shifts with an 18% uplift on the base rate of £15.02 per hour. Working from engineering drawings you'll be setting and operating CNC Grinders, running on Fanuc, in order machine both batch and bespoke parts for intricate hydraulic components from high‑grade steel and aluminium. As well as monitoring the cycle, you'll be running off‑sets and edits, and then using various tools and equipment to inspect and measure the finished article.

What We're Looking For

• Proven CNC grinding experience (setting and operating)
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc systems
• Throughput grinding experience preferred
• Experience on a Lidköping grinder is a major advantage
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and high quality standards
• Formal qualifications are not needed for this role.

Contract

Temporary but long‑term ongoing

Training on Days, moving to Double Days

Immediate interviews and starts available

Uplift rate of £17.72
