Job summary

Elite 360 is seeking an experienced Engineering Tutor to deliver hands-on Level 3 training in a busy workshop environment. You will teach Manual Milling, Manual Turning, and CNC Milling & Turning, guiding learners to develop practical, industry-ready skills and a strong understanding of safety and quality standards.

The role is permanent, full-time, on-site in the UK, with a company pension and a supportive, quality-focused training culture that aims to make a real impact on learners' futures.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Award in Education & Training or TAQA/CAVA preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Relevant Level 3+ engineering qualification required or available on-site training.
• GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4+) are required.

Are you an experienced engineering professional who enjoys sharing knowledge and shaping future talent? Our client is seeking a skilled Engineering Tutor to deliver high‑quality Level 3 training in a hands‑on workshop environment.

Your primary role

• Deliver engaging Level 3 tuition in:
• Manual Milling
• Manual Turning
• CNC Milling & Turning
• Support learners to develop practical, industry‑ready skills
• Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Assess progress, give clear feedback, and support learner achievement

Desirable delivery & quality areas

• Maintenance Engineering
• Inspection & Quality
• Health & Safety and Communication
• Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) - supporting assessment quality, standardisation and awarding‑body requirements

What we're looking for

• Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent, on the job training available).
• TAQA / CAVA (or equivalent, on the job training available).
• Relevant Level 3+ engineering qualification
• GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4+)
• Strong industry experience and excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for developing learners and maintaining high standards
