Job summary

The Doyle Collection in London is seeking a Cluster Senior Sales Manager for MICE to lead sales across The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury and The Kensington.

You will develop innovative sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing to drive revenue in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence events from corporate meetings to private dining while working with prestigious hotels in central London.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement sales strategies to maximise MICE business across three London hotels.
• Target corporate clients, event planners and industry professionals to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
• Analyse market trends to adapt sales tactics and seize opportunities.
• Work with hotel management for seamless MICE event execution.
• Manage and grow key accounts and maintain records in Opera Sales & Catering.
• Monitor demand and pipeline; focus on private dining and weekend events.
• Balance occupancy and rates to optimise booking value.
• Follow up on enquiries to achieve maximum conversion.
• Attend tradeshows and partner events representing Doyle Collection hotels.
• Develop new market pipelines with local partnerships.
• Present departmental performance and pipeline revenue at meetings.
• Handle enquiries efficiently; maximise up-selling and revenue conversion.
• Collaborate with M&E sales to drive revenue from existing clients; monitor enquiries via portals.
• Prepare and submit statistical, performance, and forecast reports regularly.
• Host FAM trips and site inspections with clear communication to management and operations.

• Host FAM trips and site inspections, ensuring clear communication with management and operations.
