The Marylebone Hotel in London is seeking a confident, guest-focused Host/Hostess to be the first and last point of contact for guests. You will welcome guests warmly, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a memorable, seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

With strong communication and organisational skills, you will contribute to an exceptional guest experience and uphold the high standards of The Doyle Collection family.

Qualifications

• Previous hosting, restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable.
• A warm, friendly and confident personality.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make people feel welcome.
