The Marylebone Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection Ltd., is seeking an enthusiastic Events Waiter/Waitress to join our team in London. You will deliver exceptional service at private dinners, corporate functions and celebrations, ensuring every event runs smoothly and to the highest standards.

Key duties include setting up spaces, serving food and drinks, and collaborating with Events, Kitchen and Operations teams. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service at events and functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team delivering exceptional events and memorable guest experiences, from private dinners and celebrations to corporate functions and special occasions. You will play a key role in ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Providing warm, professional and attentive service at events and functions.
• Setting up event spaces, including tables, linen, glassware and equipment.
• Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring event areas are presented and maintained to the highest standards.
• Working closely with the Events, Kitchen and Operations teams to deliver seamless service.
• Anticipating guest needs and responding positively to requests.
• Supporting with the clearing and resetting of event spaces.
• Ensuring all health, safety and food hygiene standards are followed.

Skills:

• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Previous Food & Beverage or events experience is desirable.
