The Marylebone Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking a Room Service Waiter to join our team in London. You will deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with care, knowledge of menus and a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Previous Food & Beverage or luxury hospitality experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Setting up and clearing room service trays, trolleys and tables.
• Taking guest orders accurately and providing menu knowledge and recommendations.
• Ensuring all orders are presented beautifully and delivered promptly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the room service and service areas.
• Handling guest requests professionally and resolving any issues quickly and effectively.
• Working closely with the Kitchen, Bar and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Complying with all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.

As a Room Service Waiter, you will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering food and beverages with professionalism, efficiency and genuine hospitality. You will be part of a team that takes pride in exceeding expectations and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
