Job summary

Warner Hotels on the Isle of Wight is seeking a proactive Cluster Property Manager to oversee property standards, facilities management and asset performance at Bembridge Coast and Norton Grange.

You will lead maintenance, compliance and sustainability initiatives, collaborating with hotel leadership and the central Hub team to protect our assets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management in hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Ability to lead and develop teams across locations.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, health and safety, and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management across both hotels, ensuring safety and brand standards.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programmes and schedule delivery.
• Conduct site visits, audits and develop action plans for improvements.
• Lead grounds, external presentation and facade condition enhancements.
• Manage budgets, contracted services and capital expenditure across the cluster.
