Warner Hotels Bembridge Coast is seeking a Cluster Property Manager to lead facilities management across a portfolio of hotels on the Isle of Wight, ensuring safety, compliance and brand standards.

You will oversee maintenance, grounds, and capital budgets, mentor Property Managers, and drive sustainability and cost-control initiatives while delivering outstanding guest experiences across the estate.

Competenze

• Strong knowledge of facilities management, maintenance and compliance in hotel/multi-site settings.
• Proficiency with facilities management software and MS Office.
• Solid understanding of health and safety, compliance and planned maintenance regimes.
• Knowledge of utility management, sustainability and energy efficiency practices.

Mansioni

• Lead facilities management across the cluster, ensuring safety, compliance and brand standards.
• Deliver and monitor preventive maintenance programmes and conduct site visits and audits.
• Recruit, lead and develop Property Managers, maintenance and grounds teams and contractors.
• Own budget management across the cluster, forecasting and reporting on utilities and capex.
• Maintain relationships with external suppliers and drive performance reviews and governance.
