Job summary

Warner Hotels Group is seeking a Cluster Property Manager to oversee facilities management and property standards across a portfolio of hotels. You will lead maintenance, grounds and compliance, ensuring assets are safe and well presented while supporting cost control and asset protection.

The role focuses on health and safety, sustainability, and governance, working closely with hotel leadership and central teams to drive guest satisfaction and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of facilities management, maintenance and compliance in a hotel or multi-site environment.
• Proficient with facilities management software and MS Office.
• Detailed understanding of health and safety, statutory compliance and planned maintenance regimes.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management across the cluster, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and maintained to brand standards.
• Deliver and monitor planned preventative maintenance programmes with site visits and action plans.
• Recruit, lead and develop Property Managers, maintenance and grounds teams and contractors.
