Warner Hotels Group is seeking a Cluster Front Office Manager to lead the front office operations across Sinah Warren and Lakeside, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a coastal hotel cluster on Hayling Island.

You will drive team engagement, revenue opportunities, and standards across reception, guest services, and night teams, while maintaining health and safety compliance and collaborating with housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless guest journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of reservations systems and guest service standards.
• Proven leadership experience in front office or hospitality operations.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting and revenue generation experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experiences by ensuring reception, sales, and night teams provide warm, attentive service.
• Respond promptly to unexpected challenges to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Drive holiday sales performance by coaching the team to promote packages and experiences.
• Be an expert in the rebooking process and drive onsite break sales.
• Challenge existing processes by introducing ideas to enhance efficiency and guest journeys.
• Maintain world-class standards in front office operations through training and tech use.
• Ensure accurate reservations, billing, and guest communications, delivering on commitments.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop reception, holiday sales and night teams with a culture of trust.
• Monitor performance metrics, guest feedback, and occupancy trends to refine strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and data protection standards.
