Warner Hotels’ Sinah Warren on Hayling Island is recruiting a Housekeeping Manager to lead a large team and maintain exceptionally high room standards. You will work closely with the Head of Facilities, drive improvements in cleanliness and guest areas, and ensure efficient labour deployment while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience of leading a large team in a similar role.
• Possess a management or cleaning qualification or willing to develop to this level (e.g., BICS, CIMS, BIFM).
• The ability to manage costs in line with budgets.
• Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.
• Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas

• Lead the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the highest quality stays and rooms standards.
• Manage labour deployment and scheduling within area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with Head of Facilities and supervise team leaders.
