Job summary

Totallywicked Eliquid in Kendal is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will accurately process purchases, maintain store standards, and assist customers in their vaping journey.

The ideal candidate is professional, enthusiastic, and has proven experience in meeting sales targets. We offer guaranteed hours, ongoing training, and a variety of benefits including holiday and recognition awards.

Job description

A bit about the role…

• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Store Manager
