Job summary

Clarks Outlet is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and manage daily operations, including inventory and cash handling.

The role requires proven retail leadership, flexibility for a 7-day shift pattern including weekends, and strong communication to motivate the team toward targets and exceptional performance. Proficiency with POS and basic office tools is beneficial.
