What will I do?

Leading by example, you will maintain the upkeep of the hotel and grounds, ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance is actioned. Make sure the hotel is safe and functional at all times, carry out regular checks and testing, and address any health & safety concerns with urgency.

Is this the role for me?

• Previous maintenance or facilities management experience
• Experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment
• Standards driven
• Strong compliance and legislation knowledge
• People management experience
• Project management skills
• Relevant qualifications (health & safety, trade qualifications) are preferable but not essential
