Job summary

Lighthouse Hotel Management is recruiting for a Cluster Financial Controller to oversee financial operations across Manchester, Liverpool and other UK sites. The role involves monthly planning, forecasting, and month-end processes, with responsibility for on-site teams and internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have multi-site FC experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record in planning, forecasting and driving efficiencies across hotels.

Qualifications

• Experienced multi-site financial controller (FC) or single-site FC in a large hotel context.
• Strong communication and training abilities for on-site teams.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and drive process improvements.
• Planning and forecasting experience required; advanced Excel skills essential.
• Willingness to travel to properties regularly in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly planning and forecasting with hotel teams.
• Oversee month-end processes for each hotel and ensure deadlines are met.
• Supervise on-site finance assistants and ensure internal controls are followed.
• Maintain balance sheets and reconciliations; support efficiencies across sites.
