Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a Cluster GC&E Executive to join the team overseeing reservations and sales for Hilton-branded properties in London. You will be the first line of enquiry for room reservations across a portfolio including luxury and Curio brands, delivering outstanding guest service and tailored solutions.

As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of DoubleTree by Hilton London - West End which is a 275-room hotel is perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.

What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Commercial Office Manager you will ideally have previous hotel reservations / reception experience within a Hilton branded property. The cluster of hotels will include the 5-star Hilton Curio Hotel in Kensington, DoubleTree by Hilton West End, DoubleTree by Hilton Victoria and the Doubletree by Hilton Woking. As the Cluster GC&E Executive, you will serve as the first line of enquiry for room reservations within the hotels. A Cluster GC&E Executive is responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet Guest and customer needs. Specifically, a Cluster GC&E Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Convert, enquiries into contracted business
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and to quote for their business at the most appropriate property within the portfolio
• Respond, positively, to sales enquiries to develop future sales leads
• Identify sales leads, as appropriate
• Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectation
• Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards
