Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group’s 100 Queens Gate Hotel (Curio Collection by Hilton) in London is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome guests, escort them to rooms, and share information on hotel facilities and local attractions. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests are offered a warm welcome upon entering and leaving the hotel
• Escort guests to their room with or without luggage and inform them about the room and facilities
• Ensure that you keep yourself fully informed of hotel facilities, service, events and promotions
• Control room keys for groups and individual when necessary
• Keeps fully up to date on all local events, sight seeing, restaurants, activities etc in order to provide guests with updated information and assistance
• Greets and smiles at guests and customers when coming across them on the hotel grounds
• Assists colleagues to perform similar or related job when necessary
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with other departments
• Comply with company grooming and uniform standards

We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Concierge to join our team at 100 Queens Gate, Curio Collection by Hilton in our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The Role

• Ensure that all guests are offered a warm welcome upon entering and leaving the hotel

• Ensure that you keep yourself fully informed of hotel facilities, service, events and promotions
• Control room keys for groups and individual when necessary
• Keeps fully up to date on all local events, sight seeing, restaurants, activities etc in order to provide guests with updated information and assistance
