Job summary

Goals Soccer Centres PLC, Leeds complex, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operation of the facility, supervise staff, and ensure service excellence for customers.

You will work a 40-hour week, assist the General Manager with sales and marketing plans to promote income opportunities, and participate in weekly management meetings to drive operational excellence across the club.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees including Team Members, Cleaners and Maintenance to ensure the highest standard of service.
• Assist in development of business plans focusing on driving football income and overall revenue.
• Assist the General Manager with recruitment and selection of non-managerial staff.
• Ensure sound administration procedures and company reporting are followed.
• Ensure Health & Safety policy is implemented and staff training maintained.
• Attend weekly management meetings and coordinate with staff across roles.
• Coordinate stock/goods ordering and maintain club facilities and fittings.
