Job summary

JD Gyms in Leeds is seeking a proactive Gym Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards and drive member growth. You will motivate the team and ensure outstanding service while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

You'll be responsible for opening/closing, achieving sales and membership targets, and coordinating local marketing activities to boost secondary spend. A Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification is required, with experience in leisure management highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry.
• Passion for customer service and inspirational leadership.
• Qualified to Level 2 Gym Instructor or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations and ensure high standards.
• Open and close the site as required by hours.
• Maintain health and safety policies and brand standards.
