Everlast Gyms seeks a full-time club leader for a new Croydon opening, accountable for overall performance and daily operations. You will set the standard on sales, service, and operations, guiding a team to deliver exceptional member experiences every visit.

As the face of the club, lead by example on the gym floor and reception, maintain high standards, and drive KPI achievement, people development, and operational consistency with a solutions-driven mindset.
