Job summary

Frasers Group-backed Everlast Gyms opening in Croydon seeks a full-time leader to run the club’s day-to-day performance, culture, and guest experience. You’ll set a standard of excellence on the gym floor and reception, driving KPI delivery, people development, and operational consistency.

You’ll own all revenue lines—from memberships to PT and ancillary spend—while inspiring your team to excel in service, standards, and overall profitability.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in gym/retail operations.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing team.
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on memberships and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team and provide regular feedback to maximise potential.
• Own all revenue lines including memberships, PT, and ancillary spend.
• Create a welcoming, premium member experience across the club.
• Oversee all sales and operations to deliver company standards and initiatives.
• Maintain best-in-class cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
