Frasers Group is opening a brand-new Everlast Gyms club in Croydon and seeks an ambitious General Manager to lead day one. You will build the team, set standards, and shape the member experience from the ground up.

You’ll manage sales, service, and operations, drive all revenue streams, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and ensure a safe, clean, welcoming gym environment while delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in fitness is required.
• Strong leadership and adaptable management style.
• A member-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with a drive to deliver results.
• Resilient, positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Passion for health, fitness and wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and elevate: recruit, train and develop an ambitious team with regular feedback.
• Drive results: own membership growth and all revenue streams to maximise profitability.
• Deliver exceptional experiences: lead on gym floor and reception, ensuring personal, elevated visits.
• Operate with precision: manage daily/weekly/monthly processes to the highest standard.
• Champion standards: maintain cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times.
• Engage and motivate: align team with national campaigns and initiatives.
• Own compliance and safety: oversee policies including Health & Safety and pool operations.
