Job summary

TrainMore is seeking a part-time Host in Marlow to welcome members, deliver exceptional service and build a vibrant club community. You will be the first face of the club, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, conducting tours, and helping with member needs across shifts.

The role requires a proactive, communicative individual with a hospitality mindset who can manage duties across weekdays, evenings, and weekends for at least 16 hours per week, with a long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• Maintains accurate member records and club checklists.
• Supports marketing campaigns and member administration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to members and prospects, and give great club tours.
• Keep member areas, gym floor and vending machines clean and running smoothly.
• Spot and report maintenance issues or safety risks and follow procedures.
• Keep member records accurate and safely open/close the club to checklist.
• Support marketing campaigns and member admin (service calls, payments, debt support).
• Take on extra tasks within your skillset as the business needs.

Host – Flexible hours | Part time | UK Marlow | Salary:£12.96 per hour

As a Host at TrainMore, you’re the first face of the club – welcoming members, delivering excellent service and building community are in your hands. Ready for that?

You:

• Live in or around Marlow (UK)
